Hello. I want to grow my hair out to lthe middle of my forehead maybe a little longer and make it have that messy skater look.
Ive heard of choppy razor layers but not sure whats the best way.
Any suggestions?How Do I Style Longer Hair?
Scissors. They make an extremely choppy look, if you do it right. Don't cut carefully, but carelessly and messy. That always works!!
