Hi my sister did it on blond hair and it looked great!!Go for it but i will tell you that red is a pain to get out.Especially if your hair is blond.Good luck!!!!

Personally I wouldn't trust anyone with dye but myself. Buy some semi perminant red dye and test it out to see if you like it. You might have to bleach or use dye with bleach in it on the parts you want to be red first if your hair is too dark. My friend has black hair and she did this; its the only way the red shows up. If you don't decide to do it yourself, at least have a consultation with the stylist first and make sure they are capable and know what you want.
