What is the type of dog called that has long, jamaicain style long hair strands and you can't see there eyes?

I was just wondering this because I have seen them before and they look really cool, but I just can't remember what there called. Any help would be much appreciated :)What is the type of dog called that has long, jamaicain style long hair strands and you can't see there eyes?

I have a friend with a komondor and she calls him Tangle. lol.





He is still a pup and his coat is only just starting to cord, and at the moment her other name for him is '; a giant strip of velcro';. lol.





Everything sticks to him so if he has a roll in the grass etc it just sticks to him. He also lives with two rotties and if she needs to hoover he will roll over and come up with black rottie hair all over him. lol.
