Need new hair cut style.?

I usually go short with an outward curve, but it grows and looks UGLY.Need new hair cut style.?
If your hair is strait, you should get layers or something.

And if it's curly, you should cut if above your waist o it wont be too long, but dont make it too short either.Need new hair cut style.?
