I need cute new hair styles...?

i need easy to do and learn hairsyles that i can do for school

so it has to take under 30 minutes to do...

i have shoulder length VERY straight milk chocolate hair with bronze/orangish highlights on the top

i have side bangs and layers that go around my head but i need to get them cut soon to proper length

i really like scene/emo hair but im not sure if i want it cut like that all the time...

i also like selena gomez's hair with the curls and layers in the front but i dont know how to get it like that

any ideas and tips will be greatly appreciated :)
